Thornlie Senior High School (SHS) is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Program Coordinator – Student Services to join our administrative team. The Role As Program Coordinator - Student Services, the ideal applicant would have demonstrated capacity to strategically implement and refine Positive Behaviour Support initiatives and school‑wide Restorative Approaches. You should oversee operational processes and drive a highly effective pastoral care team. The successful applicant will ideally be able to facilitate workforce effectiveness within the Student Services team, providing a role model for self‑development to improve professional performance. You should collaborate with the Principal and members of the executive team to provide leadership in the school and the community by developing and promoting the school vision. A working understanding of the 2023 Behaviour in School Policy is highly regarded for this role, and evidence of trauma‑informed practice, restorative approaches, and collaborative practice is desired.
