Enablement Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic Enablement Manager to lead the operational heartbeat of our Claims department. As a not‑for‑profit health fund, we exist for our members covering the lives of over 400,000 teachers, education staff and their families. What will you do? / How will you help? Lead and support continuous improvement and operational enablement initiatives within the Claims team Oversee quality assurance and compliance programmes to ensure claims meet policy, service and regulatory standards Partner with teams across Analytics, Digital and Risk to identify and implement process enhancements and system improvements Provide frontline support and guidance to Claims Assessing teams, helping to resolve escalations and streamline workflows Coach, train and develop team members to build capability and foster a culture of performance and accountability Leverage data insights and member feedback to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities Represent the Claims Enablement function in key projects, forums and governance groups What do you need? / What are we looking for? 5–8 years’ experience in enablement, continuous improvement or project leadership roles Proven experience leading teams and driving operational improvement initiatives Strong knowledge of process design, change management and quality management Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills – confident working across teams and levels Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field Experience in health insurance, medical terminology or systems such as HAMBS or Civica (highly regarded) You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident You’ll thrive in this role if you’re: A people‑first leader who enjoys developing and motivating others Curious, proactive and passionate about solving problems Confident leading change and bringing people on the journey Someone who takes initiative and makes things happen How do I apply?
