Mini Golf Kiosk Assistant Manager - Wanneroo Botanic Gardens Part Time | Wanneroo, WA Be part of one of Perth’s favourite family venues and help keep the Gardens running smoothly throughout the year. Wanneroo Botanic Gardens has been welcoming families for more than 40 years, offering Mini Golf, Glow Golf, beautiful grounds and memorable seasonal events. We’re looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of the venue and help deliver great Guest experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys steady, practical work, loves helping people, and takes pride in keeping things running efficiently behind the scenes. What You’ll Do In this hands‑on role, you’ll be a key support for the Venue and Events Manager, helping with the day‑to‑day flow of the business. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting Guests via phone and email Managing bookings and providing helpful, accurate information Processing ticket sales and operating the POS system Supporting kiosk service, including ice cream and snack sales Helping maintain venue presentation and general cleanliness Assisting the Team during busy periods and seasonal peaks Supporting basic administrative tasks such as reporting, stock checks and rostering assistance You’ll also contribute to the smooth running of seasonal events, including the Magic of Christmas, by helping the Team deliver a safe and enjoyable Guest experience. Who We’re Looking For Someone who is: Warm, helpful and Guest-focused Confident communicating by phone and email Comfortable working across both admin and hands‑on tasks Calm, organised and good at multitasking Reliable, punctual and consistent in their work habits Happy to support the Team wherever needed Available for weekends, evenings and public holidays during peak times Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, tourism or admin is an advantage, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
