About the Opportunity Join Camp Australia as a Regional Manager for VIC West and lead our mission to create amazing after school experiences for children across Western Melbourne. Based in the Western Suburbs, you'll oversee multiple school programs while building strong relationships with school communities and supporting our passionate team members. What You’ll Do Manage and support Camp Coordinators across 14-16 school sites in Western Melbourne Build authentic partnerships with school principals and communities Ensure program quality and compliance with regulations and safety standards Recruit, develop and mentor team members to deliver exceptional outcomes Monitor budgets and operational performance across your region Handle parent feedback and resolve any concerns with care and professionalism About You You’re an experienced people leader who genuinely cares about children’s development and education. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same, and you understand the importance of after school care for working families.
