Spill Control and Containment Industry - National Brand Envirosmart is a leader in the field of manufacturing Environmental Spill Control, Secondary Containment products and Silt/Erosion Control. We are a highly successful, fast‑growing, Australian‑owned family business with manufacturing, warehousing and a distributor network. We are looking for an Internal Customer Service Representative (full‑time, permanent) based at our Brendale head office on Brisbane's North side. The role reports to the National Sales Manager and ultimately to the Managing Director. Role Purpose The Customer Service Specialist will support our distributor base by answering sales calls and emails, providing technical information, preparing quotations, handling inquiries, and identifying sales opportunities. You will collaborate with the office team, maintain CRM records, and deliver exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming sales calls and email enquiries. Provide technical information and solutions to customers. Handle customer inquiries and drive resolution. Prepare sales quotations to company standards and conduct follow‑up activities. Identify and maximise sales opportunities. Build and maintain positive relationships with distributors. Offer company‑provided training and marketing support to distributors. Maintain and update CRM records. Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support customers. Qualifications and Experience Strong problem‑solving, verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional planning, organisational and time‑management skills. Self‑starter with results‑oriented attitude and initiative. Experience in B2B relationship selling to distributors (Industrial, Safety, Mining & Civil) is a plus but not essential. Ability to interact positively with all levels of the workforce, operational staff, and management. Right to work in Australia. Benefits Competitive remuneration based on experience and performance.
