This role is all about building capability, embedding a clear partnering model and fostering a high-performing workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesChampion contemporary People & Culture business partnering to enable senior leaders to deliver organisational goals. Drive people planning cycles and ensure alignment with business objectives. Lead a talented team focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous professional growth. Guide organisational change with a people-centric approach, supporting enterprise compliance. Partner with Employee Relations to support a constructive employee experience and manage risk. Model transformational leadership, inspiring trust, collaboration and improvement. About YouSignificant experience leading HR Business Partnering at a strategic level. Proven ability to influence and build credibility with executive stakeholders. Expertise in organisational change, capability development and people planning. Sound understanding of employment law, industrial relations and contemporary HR practices. High-level communication, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence Relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Organisational Psychology, Business or related field preferred.
