Senior Consultant Business Partnering As part of the People & Culture team, you’ll help double our focus on customer obsession by delivering people solutions that align with our business goals and our strategy of being the most customer centric company in Australia and New Zealand. Key Responsibilities Showcase your experience as a Senior People Partner Shape solutions and programs that support our colleague and business strategy Join a high‑performing team that drives exceptional people outcomes across the business Lead the delivery of the colleague strategy into the business and support the head of People Business Partnering in setting people strategies based on data, insights and business context Plan and deliver core people programs, projects and initiatives into the business units Move with speed to provide advice on people solutions, deliver annual cyclical initiatives, and use data and insights to prioritise key actions to deliver value to the business Provide people advisory support to senior leaders across a range of practice areas including talent, succession, inclusion & diversity, leadership, culture, performance, reward and engagement Provide feedback and continuous improvement input to the People & Culture Centre’s of Expertise and particularly with opportunities in the Business Partnering function to ensure we win together Support the development and implementation of division‑specific initiatives based on data, insights and business context ensuring these align with commercial imperatives, business strategy and the P&C priorities Qualifications Demonstrated experience working in a similar People & Culture Business Partnering role, ideally within a large‑scale corporate organisation Ability to influence, coach and advise Senior Leaders using data/logic Strong project management skills and ability to deliver in complex organisations and matrix structures Able to simplify the complex and shape communications for audiences at all levels – perfect communication and presentation skills, with the ability to drive engagement and endorsement Strong strategic acumen and the ability to collaborate and influence at the Executive level Curiosity and strategic mindset evident through a proven ability to solve complex problems, utilising both quantitative and qualitative data – proficiency with Excel and a willingness to learn AI tools such as co‑pilot Diversity and Inclusion We know our people make us who we are.
