About You As a suitably qualified Trade Trainer – Fitness you will be a dynamic educator, keen to engage and inspire our students and deliver a curriculum that caters for students with different learning styles. You'll bring: the ability to deliver high quality, personalised training specific to the qualification the ability to support and supervise a group of vocationally focused students the ability to liaise with industry representatives whilst supporting the workplace learning program effective teaching/coaching skills sound written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills a commitment to quality education and training and to sharing your industry knowledge with your students the ability to work as part of a team of trainer educators a commitment to the Catholic ethos of the College, the Catholic Church and the wellbeing of all community members experience in training and mentoring young people in an employment or educational environment (highly desirable). relevant industry qualifications in Fitness (minimum Cert III in Fitness) Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or be prepared to obtain).
