We’re on the look out for a hands‑on Marketing Manager who can balance creativity with execution. You’ll plan, create, and deliver marketing activity across all channels, from social content and email campaigns to event launches and brand storytelling. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a smaller, fast‑moving company where you can see your ideas come to life quickly and directly influence brand growth. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Execution Develop and implement the marketing calendar in line with brand and business goals. Plan and execute fortnightly product launches, seasonal campaigns, and digital promotions. Write and deliver campaign briefs, creative copy, and social posts. Balance big‑picture planning with daily execution. Digital Marketing & Social Media Manage the brand’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and coordinate with our Chinese distributor on Rednote). Create and post regular content, both organic and paid. Monitor engagement, community interactions, and brand sentiment. Run and monitor ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and potentially other platforms such as TikTok and Pinterest. Brand & Content Keep the brand’s tone and aesthetic consistent across all touchpoints (digital, print, packaging, events). Provide design direction for creative assets (working with our in‑house photographer/videographer). Tell the brand story through compelling visuals and words (e.g. behind‑the‑scenes content for our Brewery, Taproom, Gin Bar, can art, videos, merch, and event content). Email, Website & E‑Commerce Manage the brand’s online store and general website comms. Create automations and EDMs to grow and engage the database. Experience with Klaviyo (or similar platform) is a must. Track conversions, sales uplift, and customer engagement. Create and manage ads and allocate budget accordingly. Events & Activations Plan and promote taproom events and product launches alongside our Bar Manager. Capture and repurpose content from activations for social and press use. Reporting Track campaign performance and ROI using digital analytics. Provide monthly summaries of what’s working and where to improve. Manage a modest marketing budget for maximum return. KPIs & Success Measures Growth in social reach and engagement. Uplift in direct‑to‑consumer (D2C) online sales. Event attendance and taproom traffic. Email subscriber growth and campaign open/click rates. Consistency and strength of brand identity across channels. Skills & Experience 3‑6 years experience in marketing, ideally in creative FMCG, hospitality, or lifestyle brands. Confident managing social media, content creation, and digital campaigns end‑to‑end. Skilled communicator and excellent storyteller – creative writing, storytelling, and tone of voice. Good eye for design and brand alignment.
