Senior P&C Business Partner

We are a vibrant and growing organisation investing in new systems, Workday and UKG, and new roles across the organisation to support our growth plan over the next 2 years. We are seeking to appoint a Senior People and Culture Business Partner with solid ER experience for a 6 - 12 month contract (possible extension). This will be an all-encompassing strategic role where you will coach and support senior management on the delivery of the P&C strategy across a national workforce. The majority of the work will be based in our Hawthorn office, however from time to time travel is required to Melbourne sites. A vehicle allowance will be offered along with an attractive salary package. With a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement, you’ll shape efficient P&C processes as the organisation implements improved systems - new HRIS, rostering system, newly negotiated EA's (in the process), and process alignment with other shared services teams including Finance/Payroll, Clinical Operations, Quality, etc. You will be someone who can navigate complex ER matters, coach and guide managers on a broad range of people matters, and you will have sufficient experience in interpreting Enterprise Agreements. Ideally we are seeking a seasoned Senior P&C BP or Consultant to join immediately however we understand that it is a busy time of year and we are open to having the successful incumbent commence in January 2026.
