To learn more about who we are and what we do, visit our website : THE OPPORTUNITY Location : Birtinya, Sunshine Coast To deliver the Accounts Receivable function, contributing to the achievement of overall business outcomes. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Daily identifying receipts from the bank statements. Daily allocations to correct customer’s accounts. Daily reviewing o / s amounts. Daily communication with customers re payment. Daily advice to the business re accounts blocked. Daily processing invoices and credit notes. Daily completion of reconciliation of debtor's statements. Weekly issuing statements. Perform general AR operational tasks, including setting up accounts. ABOUT YOU You will have : Experience with Accounts Receivable process. Skills in Excel essential Experience in an accounting package or ERP. An excellent phone manner and a passion for customer service. High level communication and interpersonal skills. An ability to successfully work under pressure and meet deadlines. Solutions focused and ability to follow through. A flexible, driven, and motivated personality.
