TruFlo Pumping Systems is seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Bathurst Finance team. This permanent position offers flexibility, great work conditions, and a role where you’ll be a valued part of the business. Why Join Us? Flexible work arrangements – Full time or part time (minimum 30 hrs/week) Monday to Friday , with the option to discuss school-hour friendly scheduling 4 weeks annual leave per year (pro-rated for part time) Competitive hourly rate $35–$40/hr + super , depending on experience Be part of a friendly, helpful and professional team that supports your success Long‑term stable employment with a respected Australian manufacturer Work for a business that values efficiency, continuous improvement, and strong team culture About the Role Reporting to the National Finance Manager, you’ll manage the end‑to‑end Accounts Receivable function while supporting the wider administration and finance team. This is a hands‑on role in a busy environment — ideal for someone who thrives on variety and accuracy. Key Responsibilities Include: Daily invoicing Data Entry and maintenance of customer portals Send monthly statements Bank & credit card reconciliations Processing credit applications and new customer setups Following up overdue accounts professionally and effectively Maintaining AR registers and identifying process improvements Assisting with incoming phone calls as part of the office administration team About You You’ll be someone who takes ownership of your work, communicates well, and brings a positive, solutions‑focused attitude to the team. To be successful in this role, you will have: 2+ years experience in Accounts Receivable (or a similar finance role) Strong accuracy, numeracy, and attention to detail Experience using an ERP system (desirable) Strong Excel and general accounting skills Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively A versatile and adaptable approach to changing daily priorities A genuine care for the success and wellbeing of the business Who We Are TruFlo Pumping Systems is a leading Australian manufacturer of dewatering equipment for the mining and industrial sectors.
