About the role At NESA we are presently focused on an exciting, transformational program of curriculum reform, and this role is a great opportunity to support/Lead the work of passionate educators. The Administrative Coordinator provides a broad range of administrative services and leverages extensive business unit knowledge to support the unit’s program of work and facilitate the delivery of business operations. On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for: Providing administrative and support which includes record management, routine correspondence and meeting an event coordination. Supporting the effective operational needs of the team. Managing and maintaining records and databases, while complying with administrative systems and processes. Our ideal candidate will have: Experience developing, implanting and monitoring office systems, procedures and methods. Capability to adapt to processes and techniques as required.
