Our client is a globally expanding tech vendor wanting to add a dedicated and proactive CSM to join the team. As a key member of their expanding team, you’ll be instrumental in shaping client relationships and ensuring their long‑term success with our innovative AI solution. You’ll be a crucial partner to our clients, ensuring they get maximum value from our product. If you are passionate about building strong relationships, driving adoption, and being a trusted advisor, this is the perfect opportunity to help shape our growth in a booming industry. Responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients, with a focus on the retail and e‑commerce sectors. Drive adoption and value by understanding client business objectives and challenges to ensure they achieve success with their AI Supply Chain solution. Proactively manage customer health and engagement, identifying and mitigating risks to reduce churn. Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate ROI, share best practices, and identify opportunities for account expansion. Collaborate with internal teams like sales, product, and support to ensure a seamless and positive customer journey. Act as the voice of the customer, providing valuable feedback to our product teams to help guide future development. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and health metrics in the CRM system. Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to effectively advise clients. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably within a SaaS environment. A proven ability to build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with enterprise clients. Experience working with clients in the retail and e‑commerce industries is highly preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. A proactive, results‑oriented, and self‑motivated mindset.
