Vehicle Sales Manager Lead our successful sales team in a time of growth and development. Join one of the largest dealership networks in Victoria. We have an exciting opportunity for a Vehicle Sales Manager to lead the team at one of our retail brands. This is a hands‑on role where you will support your team by providing coaching, mentoring and leading by example. You will equally be responsible for the operational management of your sales teams, including stocking, reporting and data analysis. Who are we? Rex Gorell Family Group Geelong is a leader in the Australian automotive industry and represents the following 19 brands in Geelong: Audi, BMW, Ford, Honda, Isuzu, Jaguar, Land Rover, MG, Mini, Nissan, Peugeot, Skoda, Subaru, Volkswagen, Zeekr, Geely, Cupra, Polestar and Volvo. What’s the role? Establish, monitor and ensure long‑ and short‑term sales and gross profit objectives for both the department and individual sales teams are met. Continue ongoing focus on stock management in keeping with group policy and to maximise ROI. Mentor and coach sales team. Set clear standards to ensure superior customer experience. Maintain and develop relationships with the OEM. What we are looking for: Driven individual who is prepared to work hard and invest time and effort to establish a rewarding career. Proven success in automotive sales management and leadership. Outstanding negotiation, written and verbal skills. Ability to set goals and targets and lead your team to success. Knowledge of automotive systems will be an advantage. Must be customer focused. Must possess sound knowledge of the internet and selling skills required to maximise opportunities.
