The hours of casual work are flexible, however, as a guide, working every 3rd Saturday and one day during the working week. If you are not in the medical device industry, then this is a great opportunity get your foot in the door We're looking for someone who: Is motivated and an extremely professional individual. Has a strong work ethic and professional outlook. Possesses excellent communication skills, building strong relationships. Has a can‑do attitude and can work both autonomously and as part of a team. Has a strong knowledge of anatomy and or operating room surroundings. You'll be responsible for: Providing clinical support for surgical procedures in theatre. Building relationships with our key surgeons and their nursing staff by way of training, education, and clinical case support. Ensuring that all surgical cases are properly equipped with the required instrument kits, implants, and user guide as per each customer’s requirements. And to be successful you’ll need: Experience in a clinical or theatre environment or have a background in nursing. Preferably scout/scrub nurses who have had exposure to spine and/or orthopaedic cases. A tertiary education in a related medical field such as a physiotherapist, paramedic, biomedical engineer, science (anatomy) or nursing is ideal. Direct experience working in an operating theatre environment. Resilience and versatility: you can work autonomously or in a team and are passionate about providing first‑class customer service. Current driver’s license (essential) and be flexible to travel in Victoria.
