Responsibilities Be the go-to expert for all things accounts payable. Check, verify, and process invoices with precision. Match invoices to purchase orders and keep everything on track. Schedule payments and keep vendors happy. Reconcile supplier statements and support month‑end reporting. Spot opportunities to improve processes and make things better. Assist with audits and ensure compliance every step of the way. Qualifications Solid knowledge of accounting and AP principles. A sharp eye for detail and a knack for problem‑solving. Strong communication skills to build great supplier relationships. Confidence with Excel and accounting software. A proactive, can‑do attitude and ability to juggle priorities.
