Backed by strong investors and growing quickly, we’re building a team of capable, curious and collaborative people who thrive in a fast‑moving environment where everyone contributes and nothing is too small or too big to own. We are now looking for a TA & People Coordinator to join our People team and help strengthen the Firmable employee experience across Australia, New Zealand and India. This role blends recruitment coordination, people operations and general HR support, helping us hire great people and ensure every team member has a smooth, well‑managed experience from day one. About the role This role suits someone with two plus years’ experience in talent acquisition or HR coordination who is organised, detail‑focused and confident managing multiple priorities. With the support of the People Lead you, you will coordinate recruitment processes, support onboarding and employee lifecycle activity, maintain accurate records and help deliver the operational rhythm that keeps the People function running well. What you will do Talent Acquisition: You will coordinate end‑to‑end hiring across a range of roles, helping us find amazing Sales Development Reps or a Customer Success legend. You’ll design and manage job posts, screen roles, schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and ensure applicants receive a consistently positive experience. You’ll also support our employer brand, manage the referral program and stay engaged with the market. People & Culture: You will manage onboarding logistics to ensure new starters have a smooth transition into Firmable, and work on contract prep, induction processes, and ensuring our HRIS, Bob, is set up to automate workflows and save time. You will also handle compliance processes such as background checks, information gathering, monthly reporting and work on engagement surveys, values, EVP, recognition programmes and communication. What success looks like in this role Hiring processes run reliably and predictably across the business. Candidate communication is timely and consistent. New starters feel informed, supported and ready for their first day. HR records are accurate and up to date. People team processes run smoothly, with clear documentation and proactive follow‑up. Managers feel supported, and employees experience a high standard of organisation and communication throughout their time at Firmable. About you You bring a minimum of two years’ experience in a TA or HR coordination role within a fast‑paced organisation. You take pride in accuracy, organisation and clear communication, and you are comfortable managing multiple processes simultaneously. You are confident with tools such as Slack, Office 365, and have some exposure to ATS platforms and HRIS systems (experience with Bob is an advantage). You can work with pace and independence, maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care. You are proactive, reliable and ready to learn. Why Firmable? New starters describe Firmable as vibrant, fast‑moving, collaborative and inclusive. People here are proud of the work they do and the impact we’re making. The pace can be demanding and expectations are high, but the environment is supportive, honest and grounded in shared goals. Everyone contributes, helps and works together. Working here is challenging in the right way. You will learn a lot, be trusted early, and see the difference your work makes. If you want to build your career in People and Talent within a high‑performing, values‑driven Australian tech company, we would like to hear from you.
