The role As a creative Learning Designer, you will design and maintain engaging online learning modules with a strong focus on UX/UI, video and graphic design. You’ll work within our Learning Development team to design and maintain courses that look great, feel intuitive and build capability for our clients and their employees. A major part of the role involves using authoring tools such as the Articulate 360 suite, video creation tools such as Vyond and other design software. You’ll also assist with production tasks, wireframes and UI components, and contribute to the ongoing publishing and maintenance of our e-learning library to ensure accuracy, consistency and accessibility. Key responsibilities Design and build e-learning modules with strong UX/UI Create and edit video content for learning Produce high-quality graphics and layouts for digital courses and UI components Support publishing with production, formatting and quality checks Maintain and update existing e-learning courses to ensure accuracy and consistency Support the Marketing team with collateral design tasks Contribute fresh design ideas to enhance learner engagement Assist with wireframes and UI design for digital products About you You’re a digital designer with up to 5 years’ work experience. You have a passion for creating engaging learning experiences, are a proactive and responsive collaborator, and have a strong visual eye and attention to detail. You’ll bring Strong UX/UI design skills with a portfolio to prove it Proven graphic design skills, with experience in digital and interactive media An eye for detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks accurately Comfortable working independently and juggling multiple tasks Open to feedback, eager to learn and flexible in approach Video production and editing experience (Vyond or similar) Experience with AI design tools Motion graphics or animation skills Knowledge of LMSs or authoring tools Interest in compliance, law or education Knowledge of project management software Microsoft Office 365 suite Why join GRC Solutions?
