Job Description Are you passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences that empower people to thrive? Join our Organisational Development & Capability (OD&C) team and help shape the future of learning in the education and care sector. As a Learning & Development Specialist , you’ll design and deliver high-impact, scalable learning programs that uplift capability across our national workforce. You’ll play a key role in our JAG Experts Academy , translating strategy into action through engaging, practical learning experiences that build confidence, compliance, and connection. What You’ll Do Design & Deliver Learning Programs: Lead the development of enterprise learning initiatives across onboarding, leadership, compliance, and career progression. Instructional Design Excellence: Create engaging digital content using tools like Articulate 360, ensuring accessibility, brand consistency, and alignment with our Academy Framework. LMS Leadership: Act as LMS Superuser (iSpring preferred), managing configuration, automation, and course structures for a seamless learner experience. Collaborate & Co-Create: Work with SMEs and project teams to design blended learning solutions that reflect real-world application. Evaluate & Improve: Apply models such as Kirkpatrick and Brinkerhoff to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. About You Relevant qualifications in instructional design, education, or L&D. Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise learning programs. Proficiency in Articulate 360 and LMS platforms (iSpring desirable). Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to translate business needs into learning outcomes. Knowledge of compliance and accessibility standards in learning design. A creative, structured thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment.
