Junior Administration - Accounting Practice Rogerson Kenny Business Accountants – Mount Waverley VIC We're a modern accounting firm, based in Mt Waverley with a fantastic culture and supportive team environment. 100% cloud based, with approximately 45 staff and growing, we are looking for a Junior Client Services Administrator to join our firm and embrace our clients. This role is required to perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the firm, its partners/directors, managers and members of their team to facilitate the efficient operation of the accounting team. Supporting a team of professionals, the Junior Client Services Administrator is required to demonstrate initiative and work as an enthusiastic team member with the organization's office routines and procedures, keeping in mind the overall business objectives. Role responsibilities Preparation of correspondence and reports Updating and maintaining databases and systems Managing client relationships and communication Supporting an accounting team and assisting with the administration of their client servicing needs. Being a valued contributor to firm-wide projects to maintain the integrity of processes, procedures and data. Assisting with reception, including answering phone calls and meeting and greeting our valued clients Managing incoming and outgoing mail requirements Maintaining and managing meeting rooms Assist with ordering and restocking of office supplies Ad hoc general administration support as required including appointments, general admin duties and office organisation. Skills and Experience No formal qualifications are required for this position, however studies in Business Administration will be regarded favourably. Experience in accounting firm administration will be an advantage, however we are always open to applications from various backgrounds. Proven experience with Microsoft Office software particularly Excel and Word will be an advantage. Previous experience and knowledge of general administration processes in a professional office environment. Experience using Xero, XPM, FYI docs and electronic signing systems will be highly regarded. What do you bring?
