About the Role As a Product Manager in our Workforce Management squad, you will own the roadmap for core WFM product features such as Time & Attendance, Leave Management, Timesheets & Award Interpretation, and Analytics & Reporting. You will collaborate with engineering, design, data, sales, and marketing to deliver solutions that make frontline work easier, while driving innovation in AI‑based smart scheduling and next‑generation clocking apps. Responsibilities Own the product area roadmap, aligning it with Humanforce’s vision, strategy, and OKRs. Conduct discovery workshops and gather deep customer insights to refine product direction. Use data and qualitative insights to prioritize initiatives and validate decisions. Provide product demos and feedback sessions to encourage adoption. Assess competitor offerings and identify differentiation opportunities. Collaborate with stakeholders on solutions and escalation items. Manage sprint backlog, planning, and agile ceremonies to improve team velocity. Coordinate cross‑functional work from ideation through launch, delivering exceptional product experiences. Lead go‑to‑market activities, including release notes and product showcases. Conduct post‑launch reviews for continuous improvement. Mentor peers across the product lifecycle. Requirements Experience in a commercial Product Management role, ideally within B2B SaaS. Solid understanding of product management principles and lifecycle ownership. Deep domain knowledge of workforce management products. Strong experience in agile environments with engineering squads. Strategic and analytical mindset. A data‑driven approach to decision‑making. Customer‑first approach with strong communication and prioritisation skills. Self‑motivated, adaptable, and effective in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels. Nice to Have Creative thinking skills to generate innovative ideas and solutions. Business analysis and data interpretation experience. Experience or interest in AI tools (e.g., Miro AI, Figma) for ideation and prototyping.
