About the role We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Marketing Executive to join our marketing team at RFI. This role involves close collaboration with our sales and product management departments to drive lead generation initiatives and contribute to the expansion of our customer base in both local and global markets. Key responsibilities Campaign and Event Execution: Leverage your expertise in B2B marketing to create compelling campaigns and content that resonate with our target audience, fostering engagement and conversion. Assist in the development, implementation, and tracking of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, events, etc.). Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign alignment and timely delivery. Assist in the planning and coordination of industry events, trade shows, webinars/onsite training and charity events. Communicate and coordinate with vendors on marketing activities. Content & Digital Marketing: Create, edit, and proofread high-quality marketing collateral, including case studies, white papers, blog posts, website copy, and email, ensuring technical accuracy and brand consistency. Manage the organisation's social media platforms, including content scheduling, engagement monitoring, and strategy support. Manage Google Adwords, SEO implementation, budget and performance tracking. Utilise HubSpot and NetSuite to manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, design, deployment, and performance analysis. Develop, implement, and own RFI's lead generation strategy, aligning it with our growth objectives and market expansion plans. Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to align lead generation efforts with key product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns. Explore partnerships, industry events, and digital channels to expand brand visibility and lead acquisition opportunities. About you Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field. Proven experience in B2B marketing, with a track record of successful lead generation and business growth. Proficiency in digital marketing techniques and tools, including SEO, SEM, email marketing and social media. Experience in organising and coordinating trade shows and events. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot and CRM systems like NetSuite. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage effectively with internal teams and external partners. Exceptional creative, analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a data‑driven mindset to measure and optimise marketing performance. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross‑functional team environment and adapt to a fast‑paced, evolving industry.
