What You Will Do Lead the affiliate team to achieve business objectives in alignment with company goals. Identify expansion opportunities and propose hiring needs. Develop and maintain clear processes for cross‑departmental collaboration. Break down top‑management goals into actionable tasks and distribute workload efficiently. Track and evaluate individual contributions, conduct performance reviews and provide feedback. Conduct regular one‑on‑one check‑ins with team members. Build and nurture relationships with affiliates and KICK streamers to drive traffic, acquisition, and revenue. Ensure timely, accurate reporting on team progress and affiliate performance. Continuously improve workflows for efficiency and scalability. Handle day‑to‑day engagement and communication with partners. Analyze campaigns and traffic sources to identify improvement areas. Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape. What You Will Bring Proven experience in affiliate marketing or the live‑streaming space. Strong background in campaign analysis and KPI optimisation. Experience leading and managing a team with a track record of achieving targets. Strong leadership and motivation skills. Data analysis expertise with report creation and actionable insights. Experience collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Design teams. Passion for live‑streaming with experience on such platforms. Bonus Points If You Also Have Hands‑on affiliate program management, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance tracking. Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms.
