If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you As an Account Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in Coordinating bookings for major sports partners and repeat clients across our world-class State Sport Centre venues. Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for coordinating events & booking requirements, client support, and administrative excellence. This is a 6 month fixed term contract role. What You’ll Be Doing: Support Events & Bookings Account managers – Manage venue availability, coordinate bookings, and create event prep documents for Internal and External stakeholders Ensure Seamless Execution – Develop checklists, confirm bookings, and assist in events and bookings operational requirements Engage with Key Stakeholders – Communicate with clients, suppliers, contractors, and sports organisations Provide Administrative & Financial Support – Generate invoices, oversee payments, and maintain records Assist with Major Functions and Conferences – Support award nights, gala events, and other high-profile occasions What We’re Looking For: Strong organisational and administrative skills Excellent customer service with a keen attention to detail Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Why You’ll Love This Role: Be at the heart of exciting sporting events and functions Work with a dynamic team supporting sports partners, schools, and event promoters Gain hands‑on experience in event planning, venue bookings, and client relations Enjoy a vibrant workplace where your organisational skills and customer focus will shine Required skills and Qualifications: Victorian Working with Children’s check Experience in event coordination, bookings, or venue management is a plus Bonus experience in marketing and social media engagement will be highly regarded Why is this a great place to work?
