Our team genuinely care about the learning experience of the children in each of our centres throughout Australia.Reporting to the Operations Support Manager, the Centre Director is key to building a team that will embrace our wonderful Green Leaves Commitments, and aim for excellence in day-to-day practice.About the RoleBe empowered to run an efficient and smooth operationPut children and parents first where we take the time to greet everyone and ensure they have the best possible experience with Green Leaves via high-quality tours and orientationsRecruit, motivate and inspire a team of passionate educators to best practiceOversee and guide the highest quality of classroom curriculum and pedagogical documentationEnsure immaculate Centre presentation within the internal and external play spacesUnderstand and interpret the relevant industry regulations and legislation, including the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning FrameworkBuild and engage with local communities, creating strong ties and relationships with the community and surrounding networks.QualificationsCurrent ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification (Early Childhood)Current Working with Children's CheckCurrent Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid CertificatesCurrent Child Protection TrainingStrong understanding of Regulation/Legislation, plus Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) essentialHands-on experience running a Centre, including effective rostering and wage control, and guiding a large team's performanceStrong team leadership abilities with experience leading, inspiring and developing a team of professional educatorsStrong knowledge of computer skills, including Qikkids, CCMS, and ISS.Comprehensive induction and ongoing career development and supportOn the ground full-time administration supportAbove-award wages, including an additional achievable Incentive SchemeChildcare Discount - Enjoy a 75% staff discount off the gap fee*Personalised paid professional developmentExtensive budgets for resources and to support staff recognition and team outingsHealth and Wellbeing program (including annual complimentary flu shot)24/7 access to a large online library of learning and developmentPlus much more through our 'Green Leaves Work Perks' benefits programMake Your MoveGreen Leaves Early Learning Pasadena is a two-storey, 98-place Early Learning centre with an eco-conscious design, offering care for children from 6 weeks to school age.
