We are Australia’s largest company in this sector, providing essential services to millions of customers and communities nationally.The OpportunityCleanaway is excited to announce a newly created position within our Construction and Demolition team – National Sales Manager.Based in either VIC, NSW, or QLD, this role offers a unique chance to make a significant impact and drive our sales strategy forward.What you will be doing:Actively run and participate in Visual Management Boards (VMB) meetings, ensuring team alignment and performance excellencePrepare, coordinate & submit tenders & support sales team members in the development of tendersConduct on-road coaching and ride-alongs with sales team members across four states, providing hands-on support and guidance.Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to ensure alignment, provide feedback, and drive development.Collaborate closely with customers to implement the C&D strategy, fostering strong and enduring relationships.Provide regular market feedback and share insights to shape strategy and enhance performance.About YouAs our Construction and Demolition sales teams are based across South Australia, New South Wales, Queensland, and Victoria, we are seeking a dynamic person who thrives on travel and excels in on-site, in-person training and coaching.
