Your role will focus on: Leading innovative, research‑driven clinical practice Supporting service strategy and team development Coordinating data and insights that help us make smart, compassionate decisions Driving excellence through evaluation, reporting, and continuous improvement What You’ll Bring to the Team Deep experience in your clinical specialty A passion for innovation and improving care delivery Current AHPRA registration (no conditions) A Post Graduate degree in your specialty area Experience in dementia, wound care and palliative care are a must Strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a collaborative mindset Who is Uniting?
