We’re looking for a Business Development Specialist to identify and engage new clients, build lasting relationships, increase sales, and help guide projects from concept through to completion. What you will do Identify and engage new client opportunities. Build long‑term, trust‑based relationships with clients and stakeholders, resulting in an ongoing sales pipeline. Collaborate with estimating and construction teams to shape viable project proposals. Represent the company at networking events, property forums, and client meetings. What you need 5+ years’ experience in commercial real estate sales or property marketing, or a similar role at a competitor’s commercial construction company. Mandatory A strong network of property owners, investors, or developers in Victoria and Queensland. Mandatory Consultative approach – focus on relationships, solutions, and long‑term value.
