Account Executive – Bedding (NSW/ACT Region) Location: Sydney-based, servicing NSW and ACTEmployment Type: Full-timeSalary: $70k + super + FMV + uncapped commission ($10k-$20k) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join a market-leading bedding manufacturer renowned for premium products and strong retailer partnerships. This role offers the opportunity to work with a supportive team culture while driving growth and building lasting relationships across the NSW and ACT regions. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow relationships with retail partners, acting as the primary point of contact. Support daily operations and provide product training to retailers in-store and in showrooms. Drive sales growth and brand awareness through promotions, training, and strategic initiatives. Coordinate B2B sales and marketing activities to maximize performance. Handle customer service issues within your portfolio and liaise between factory and retailers. Plan and execute store activities and promotional events. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in account management, ideally selling to retailers (bedding or furniture industry preferred but not essential). Ability to work autonomously and achieve state and individual KPIs. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-up skills. Professional presentation and a track record in retail sales and service.
