About The Role Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities across your Northwest suburbs territory. This is a new business development role—not account management—so you’ll be actively prospecting, building relationships and presenting tailored solutions to clients. What You’ll Be Doing Prospecting and qualifying new clients across various industries. Building relationships with long term clients, attending networking and entertainment events. Measuring and estimating projects for quoting purposes. Preparing and presenting solution‑based proposals, quotes, and tenders. Working closely with experienced mentors and receiving ongoing training. What You’ll Bring Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience in B2B sales or trade‑related industries. A strong desire to grow your career in solution sales. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
