KPJ Technical Services Pty Ltd – Milsons Point NSW We're seeking a talented Level 2 Service Desk Engineer to join our dynamic team at KPJ Technical Services Pty Ltd. In this full‑time role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional remote IT support and troubleshooting to our valued Healthcare clients. We are located in the Milsons Point, NSW area. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you'll be the go‑to expert for our clients, ensuring their technology needs are met with efficiency and expertise. What you’ll be doing Provide advanced‑level technical support and problem‑solving for a variety of IT systems and applications in healthcare Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues, escalating to higher‑level support as needed Assist with the implementation and configuration of new IT systems and technologies Maintain and update IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and training materials Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery Proactively monitor systems and identify potential issues to prevent disruptions Provide on‑site and remote support as required What we’re looking for Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Level 2 or higher IT support role Strong technical skills and expertise in troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of IT issues Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner Proficient in Windows, Servers, Citrix, as well as common business applications and software Familiarity with ticketing systems, remote support tools, and IT asset management Problem‑solving and analytical skills to identify and address the root cause of issues Ability to work independently and as part of a team Motivated and proactive with a keen interest in emerging technologies What we offer Comprehensive training and development programs Flexible work arrangements Team‑building events and social activities About us KPJ Technical Services Pty Ltd is a boutique provider of IT solutions and services to the healthcare sector.
