About YouAbout you:You’ll have previous experience in case management within a Workers Compensation or insurer setting. Exceptional time management and organisational skills; A customer focused approach with the ability to build trust and rapport. Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of organisation; A strategic mindset and approach to work; A strong sense of team and collaboration with the ability to coach and mentor others.
