The Opportunity We're seeking a enthusiastic Case Manager to strategically manage a diverse portfolio of workers' compensation claims across NSW. In this rewarding role, you'll collaborate with our Members and key stakeholders to support injured workers on their journey to safely and durably return to work. Every day brings different challenges and opportunities to grow as you take on increasing responsibility and authority in your case management practice. About You You have previous experience in return to work, case management, or allied health, and ideally bring experience managing workplace injuries. You thrive in a high‑performing team environment and have a natural ability to make strong relationships, influence outcomes, and deliver results. With a solid understanding of how to interpret and apply relevant legislation, you take pride in your meticulous attention to detail and your commitment to timely, professional service delivery.
