This is a critical and high-impact role for someone who thrives on solving complex customer and business problems, loves working in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about building products that customers love—and that deliver real business value. You’re a product leader who will be responsible for the end-to-end in-life home loan journey. Your mission is to delight and retain our customers by: Innovating on and driving key home loan experiences for customers Ensuring we maintain a stable, reliable home lending system and product ledger Delivering our customers innovative and market-leading customer experiences by using customer insights, business data, and market context You’ll work in a cross-functional team alongside engineers, designers, and operations and customer service – owning outcomes every step of the way. For product leaders, we’re looking for innovative thinkers, expert-doers who recognise that people leadership and coaching are necessities to achieve even bigger goals. Role Overview Develop and execute a thoughtful strategic product roadmap by working closely with the Crew Lead, Technical Lead, and Design Lead to identify the business’s biggest problems to solve. Own the product vision and strategy for Unloan Home Loan Experience. Analyse customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. Lead and coach continuous discovery across the value stream to deeply understand customer pain points, behaviours, and unmet needs. Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders including executives, business analysts, and engineers within Unloan and CBA. Drive a culture of empowered teams. What we're looking for Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a digital-first, high-growth environment. You're a strategic leader, able to lead and coach a team of Product Owners. Strong background in customer experience, digital products. Track record in team leadership or demonstrated ability to mentor and guide teams to achieve more. Deep, practical experience in how to best execute on continuous product discovery and agile delivery. Ability to turn insights into action, balancing data, intuition, and business context. Comfortable with ambiguity and able to lead through influence. Customer-obsessed: you go beyond surface feedback to uncover root problems.
