About this role – Carpentry Specialist (Double Glazed Windows) The Carpentry Specialist positions retrofit double glazing to wooden windows using the patented Thermawood system. A balance of working ‘on the tools’, interacting with customers, suppliers and resolving any issues or challenges on site, will form part of your day‑to‑day responsibilities. Previous experience in cabinetry or working with tools and wood is preferred. The right attitude and attention to detail is key. You will be required to remove and refit existing window frames ensuring high‑quality finishes. Depending on the skills that you bring you will work autonomously to deliver and potentially oversee trades assistants. With teams based in Launceston and Hobart you will work across Launceston and Northern Tasmania. All tools and a work vehicle from the Launceston depot to site are provided by Thermawood.
