Smile Time Orthodontics is a well established specialist Orthodontic practice with four offices in metropolitan Perth. We are seeking a Front office/Treatment coordinator to join our team, in our Mindarie practice. The role requires 3 days per week, Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. In addition, some dental assisting work may be required. We are a modern, dynamic, patient centred practice focused on achieving the best Orthodontic results, health care and service for our patients. We have a highly skilled, experience and friendly team. We are looking for someone with: a positive, confident and friendly manner and with excellent communication skills the ability to work independently and with our team members enjoys busy environments and patient communication roles sound computer/ IT skills The role will involve: being the first point of contact for new and existing patients, both telephone and email enquiries managing the appointment scheduling Patient reception and greeting Invoicing and receipting payments Drafting letters Daily banking Liasing with other receptionists and treatment coordinators Whilst the role is centred in Mindarie, the ability to assist in all of our Perth practices is required.
