Manager, SOX Compliance IREN is a leading next‑generation data center business powered by 100% renewable energy. Responsibilities Assist in end‑to‑end SOX program, including risk assessment, documentation, control testing, remediation and reporting. Collaborate with stakeholders and external auditors to coordinate walkthroughs and control testing. Evaluate ITGCs, automated and manual business process controls, and interfaces in key systems such as SAP and ADP. Identify opportunities to automate processes and strengthen internal controls in financial operations. Partner with IT organization to align SOX approach, timing, controls reliance and external audit reliance. Prepare and present training on SOX and control requirements to business process owners. Provide guidance to control owners on process or system changes. Monitor remediation of control deficiencies and recommend enhancements. Stay current on SOX requirements, cybersecurity regulations and IT risk management best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting, MIS, finance or equivalent. Certifications such as CISA, CIA or CPA. 5+ years of SOX compliance, risk management, internal audit or external audit experience focused on ITGCs. Minimum 4 years working at a U.S. publicly traded company or a Big Four accounting firm. Experience designing, testing, and documenting business and IT controls to meet compliance requirements. Experience with SOX 404 and the COSO framework. Experience leading SOX efforts for systems such as SAP, HiBob, etc. Strong business process acumen; knowledge of Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay, Inventory and financial close processes. Excellent communication skills; ability to convey technical risks to non‑technical stakeholders. Leadership, project management and organizational experience.
