Girton Grammar School is seeking a motivated HR Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in supporting our staff and across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. This generalist role involves a variety of responsibilities including : Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires. Managing compliance and maintaining accurate employee records. Preparing correspondence and assisting with HR documentation. Ensuring timely and accurate HR administration throughout the employment lifecycle. Collaborating with and assisting payroll to ensure the accuracy of data. Requirements : Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field or a recognised qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline combined with relevant work experience preferably in an educational setting. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. The ability to work independently and as part of a team manage own workload meet deadlines and pay attention to detail. Commitment to student wellbeing and child safety demonstrating an understanding of appropriate behaviours when engaging with children including children with diverse needs and backgrounds. Strong skills in the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) including HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
