Arts Queensland (AQ), now part of Department of Education, is looking for a permanent full-time AO7 Principal Communications Officer to work within our Communications team. As Principal Communications Officer you will develop and implement strategic communications strategies to inform awareness and engagement in Arts Queensland projects, programs and initiatives that underpin the delivery of Queensland Government’s Queensland’s Time to Shine a new 10-year strategy for a thriving creative sector and a vibrant statewide arts scene. Additionally, you will also provide strategic communications advice — specialising in corporate communication, media and digital communications to leverage Queensland Government investment in the arts. Additional Information Salary: $133,603 - $143,126 p.a.
