We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and driven Sales Representative to join our Rockhampton Branch. Your primary role is to manage, nurture and grow existing and new accounts through working to the best of your ability with a high level of energy, enthusiasm and accuracy. Key responsibilities: Understanding customer brands and their strategies Meeting with multiple key stake holders regularly throughout each business Liaising with purchasing and customer service to ensure smooth transactions and delivery dates are met Actively promote our products and services Develop account specific plans to achieve growth in-line with business goals and budgets Acting as a communication focal point and building key customer relationships Negotiating all agreements with customers, including pricing, rebates and confidentiality Key requirements: Attention to detail is the number one requirement Account Management experience Preferred background in the sales of washroom and packaging consumables A track record that shows success in acquiring and building business and strategic partnerships Confidence in solution selling to achieve an Exceptional Workplace for your customers Excellent presentation skills, where you can tailor your approach to educate, motivate and inspire your audience Intermediate computer skills Excellent written and verbal communication Strong value base and passion This role opens the door to a strong career path with a reputable company in rapid growth.
