The Role This is a full‑time, office‑based role managing all inbound sales inquiries from new and existing clients. There is no cold calling. Every conversation comes from someone who already wants to hear from you. Your job is simple but meaningful in a great team and training provided. Guide clients, scope their needs, build accurate quotes, and present them with smart, well‑structured solutions. You will manage your own pipeline from start to finish, and your uncapped bonus is tied directly to your individual results. You’ll work with corporate, government, and private clients who expect clarity, confidence, and a calm professional who can advise them well. Strong communication skills, sharp computer skills, and a genuine willingness to adopt new technology, including AI, are essential. You will join a team that is expanding because demand is growing. Key Responsibilities Manage all inbound online and phone inquiries and convert them into active opportunities Build tailored quotes and proposals for new and existing clients Present clear, confident recommendations based on client requirements Maintain ongoing client relationships and support repeat business Keep detailed and accurate records in Salesforce Work collaboratively with the internal team to deliver a high‑quality experience Stay aware of industry trends and customer expectations Who We’re Looking For Someone who communicates clearly and builds trust quickly Strong computer skills and confidence learning new platforms High attention to detail when preparing quotes and proposals A self‑motivated operator who enjoys ownership and accountability CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) Experience in commercial cooking equipment, engineering, fabrication, or mobile catering is a bonus but not essential A mindset that embraces new technology, including AI tools If you’re the type of person who takes pride in doing things properly, enjoys turning warm inquiries into successful projects, and wants a role where your performance is recognised and rewarded, you will enjoy this environment.
