They are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead the client journey from Contract Signing through to Construction Start and Handover, ensuring a smooth workflow and exceptional customer experience. The Role As the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire customer service function and ensuring projects move efficiently through key milestones. You will: Manage the full pipeline from Contract Signed → Construction Start → Handover, ensuring progress and clear communication at every stage. Act as the first point of escalation for client objections, working to resolve issues before involving upper management. Play a key role in appeasing clients, maintaining trust, and delivering a positive experience throughout their build journey. Use your understanding of contracts, council processes, and residential construction to guide clients and support internal teams. Lead, coach, and support the customer service team while maintaining a strong, positive culture. Key Skills & Experience Strong people management and leadership experience. Solid knowledge of contracts, council lodgements/approvals, and residential construction processes. Excellent communication, empathy, and conflict resolution skills. A passion for supporting clients and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Performance Indicators Successfully moving jobs from Contract to CDC Construction within 3–4 months.
