Front Office Manager Salary: A$70,000.00/yr - A$80,000.00/yr. Nuvho is recruiting on behalf of an established family‑owned operator of 20 iconic Australian tourism, hospitality and entertainment venues, the Prendiville Group. About the Venue Located on Rottnest Island in Western Australia, the venue offers barefoot boutique accommodation in the heart of Thomson Bay. Guests enjoy lagoon‑style pools, stylish rooms and a serene island escape just steps from the beach. About the Role As Front Office Manager, you will oversee all aspects of front‑office operations, from guest arrivals and departures to reservations and team development. You will lead a high‑performing team, drive service excellence, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction, ensuring every stay is seamless and memorable. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented front‑office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Oversee guest check‑in and check‑out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Manage reservations, room allocations, and guest requests with attention to detail. Maintain strong communication and collaboration with all hotel departments. Monitor and manage departmental budgets, including labour and operational costs. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hotel policies and procedures. Implement and maintain service standards, policies, and procedures for the front office. Foster a positive team culture that encourages learning, collaboration, and professional growth. About You Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager within a hotel or resort environment. Strong customer service focus and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences. Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Comprehensive knowledge of front‑office operations, property management systems, and reservation processes. A hands‑on, motivated leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Ability to prepare and maintain staff rosters efficiently. Relevant hospitality qualifications and certifications.
