About the Role If great ideas and good systems had a love child, it'd look a lot like this role. We're after someone who loves a solid workflow but also gets a buzz from seeing creative ideas come to life. You'll sit at the heart of HeapsGood's marketing engine, driving campaigns, building community, and keeping momentum high across our creative and ecommerce teams. You'll partner closely with the founders and creative lead to dream up and deliver bold, effective marketing that actually converts. We're looking for a proactive, creative, and detail‑driven Marketing & Content lead lead who knows how to blend storytelling, performance, and process. Responsibilities Lead cross‑functional marketing and ecommerce projects from concept to execution. Support ecommerce performance through Shopify management, product launches, and promotional updates. Write smart, persuasive copy for ads, email, and social that sounds human and sells without the corporate cringe. Collaborate on content ideas and creative direction for social and paid media campaigns. Create high‑quality social‑first video content for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Ads. From ideation to shooting and editing. Script and structure video ads with strong angles, hooks, middles, and CTAs that drive conversions while staying true to the brand. Co‑create organic social content with the creative team. Capturing moments, trends, and stories that build brand love. Collaborate with creators and partner brands to collect and repurpose UGC content for paid and organic campaigns. Build and nurture an affiliate community to expand our reach and create a loyal ecosystem of brand advocates. Ensure deliverables (creative briefs, content plans, campaigns) are completed on time and to standard. Help refine internal systems for marketing workflows and task tracking (ClickUp experience a plus). Use AI tools to streamline brief writing, content ideation, and workflow management. Jump on calls, check in on deliverables, and keep the team aligned and energised. Identify growth opportunities and contribute to marketing strategy. About You Creative + Strategic: You can think big, execute small, and know when each matters. Performance‑Minded: You understand how great creative and smart copy drive sales. Ecommerce Fluent: Experience with Shopify and digital marketing tools. Strong Copywriter: You know how to write copy that converts, without losing tone or personality. Content Creator: You're comfortable or at least understand shooting, scripting, and editing short‑form video content. Collaborative: You love working with designers, creators, and partners to make ideas happen. Organised: You can juggle multiple projects and keep your cool under deadlines. AI‑Savvy: You use tools to work smarter, not harder. Leadership DNA: You take initiative, inspire others, and keep things moving. Why Join HeapsGood?
