About The Grand Golf Club is hiring a Full time Event Coordinator role in Gilston, QLD. Apply now to be part of our team. Key Tasks Assisting Members to plan, organise and execute a variety of club events such as presentation nights, private lunches, dinners and golf events, always providing professional and confidential service. Event Coordination including responding to member inquiries and expectations concerning their catering needs both in house and on the golf course. Organising registration of memberships, accounts, queries and creating event proposals, menus and timelines. Ensure events run smoothly and resolve any issues on the day including budget expectations. Assist with marketing initiatives, including social media updates and club newsletters. Requirements Flexible hours available. 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role. Expected salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year. Proven experience in events, hospitality, or administrative roles (preferably in a club, hotel, or leisure environment). Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Competent with Microsoft Office and basic POS systems. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Experience: 3 years (required).
