About the Role: We are seeking passionate and experienced Personal Care Workers (previously known as Assistant in Nursing) to join the team We have multiple permanent shifts available between AM & PM shifts. This is a great opportunity for candidates seeking flexible work schedules and looking to join a supportive team who place a great emphasis on mentoring and training. You will be based at our Cheltenham House, located at 144 Beecroft Road Beecroft NSW 2119. Daily duties: Provide quality care according to the current Resident Care Plan to meet the individuals needs and enhance quality of life Assist residents with daily living activities, grooming, mobility and nutrition Contribute to care plans and documentation Communicate effectively and professionally with the Nursing Team Desired skills and experience: Experience in aged care desirable Ideally will have Certificate III or Certificate IV in Nursing Demonstrates excellence in customer service and care Has an interest in working with the elderly About the Company: Thompson Health Care is a family-owned company, with four decades of experience.
