The Position Job Reference:3374 Position Title: Recruitment CoordinatorClassification: HS3 - HS25Salary per hour (exc. super): $37.68 - $41.65Hours per fortnight: 76hoursEmployment Status: Fixed Term Part Time (until June 2027) The Workforce Planning and Resourcing team partners with departmental managers to design and implement effective, innovative strategies for recruitment, attraction, retention, and workforce planning across Bendigo Health. The team plays a vital role in sourcing both clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring the organisation can continue to deliver high-quality patient care. Supporting managers throughout the entire recruitment and selection process, the team manages activities including job advertising (internal and external), position description updates, assessment centres, and onboarding. They coordinate recruitment through the SuccessFactors system, ensure all pre-employment checks and credentialing are completed, and prepare employment and contract variation documentation.
