In this pivotal leadership role, you will: Oversee a purpose‑built facility with five warm, household‑style living communities, each designed to empower residents to live their day, their way. Lead a passionate team delivering personalised 24/7 nursing and support, including specialised dementia and palliative care. Foster strong community ties through partnerships with Nepean Hospital, local schools and neighbouring services. Champion resident wellbeing with access to innovative programmes such as active ageing, music therapy, sensory gardens and a welcoming café and hair salon. Your leadership will help maintain our home‑like atmosphere, where every resident enjoys privacy, choice and meaningful connections, whether tending to their raised garden beds, sharing recipes in their household kitchens, or enjoying quiet moments by the fireplace. What do we need you to do? Deliver exceptional client services that respect and respond to each individual’s unique needs, ensuring flexibility in a dynamic environment where care requirements can change rapidly. Empower and develop your team , fostering a culture of continuous learning and performance excellence to drive sustainable growth and service viability. Stay ahead of sector and community trends , integrating emerging insights and best practices into strategic business planning for your service. Champion continuous improvement , maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance in line with Aged Care Accreditation requirements. What do we need you to bring? Previous experience in aged or community care. If you have extensive experience in Social Services, Management or Human Services and have worked in a similar role, we’d love to hear from you, too. A good networker to develop partnerships with participants external to the organisation. Solid financial management with a track record in delivering operational strategies. Confident in navigating and nurturing teams through ambiguity and change. Great understanding of Work Health and Safety principles and risk management practices.
