Customer Service Representative role at Visy As a Customer Service Officer, working full-time, you will play an important part in our relentless pursuit of customer service. Engaging with customers through phone, email, and online, you will effectively manage and resolve their enquiries in a values‑led manner. About the Role Permanent full‑time opportunity 37.5‑hour working week, Monday to Friday Free on‑site car parking Key Responsibilities Process quotes, orders and invoices accurately and on time Communicate delivery updates and manage delays effectively Collaborate internally to meet customer needs and expectations Organise and manage daily administrative paperwork Monitor non‑conformance activities and credit levels This is a Penrith, Sydney based role that is easily accessible with public transport.
